As some of you may know, before the deadline hit, if an entrant emailed me because his video was declined for a reason he did not understand or agree with, I tried my best to help. For example, if the video was "not viewable" I helped to discover if it was because a URL was mistyped or the embedding code was disabled. However, now that the deadline has passed (about a week ago), I am unable to have videos reconsidered for any reason. Thus it is too late to change any decisions made regarding videos that were regretfully declined, even if they were entered on time. The judges are hard at work determining the 10-semi finalists and no new videos will be considered. However, I am still available to answer any questions you may have.

I have received a few emails from people who for some reason or another were not able to get their commercials submitted on time. Unfortunately, Heinz is bound to the rules which state: "Registration must be completed by 11:59:59 pm ET on March 14, 2008 or your Commercial will not be submitted into the review process for the Contest." No matter how many of my heart-strings you pull with why you could not get your video in on time, there is nothing I can do to help now that the deadline has passed =(

Read moreDeclined because your video is "no longer available"?
If your video is regretfully declined because your video is "no longer available" it is most likely because your video's embed code is disabled on YouTube. The embed code must be enabled in order for the review team to see your video.
If your video falls into this category, just go back and enable the embed code and send me, the moderator, an email at moderator@topthistv.com. I will then notify the review team and your video will be treated like a new entry and will get reviewed.

Have you submitted your video, patiently waited 2-4 business days and not received a confirmation email? Make sure that the confirmation email has not gone into your spam or junk mail folder. You can add donotreply@topthistv.com to your address book to make sure the confirmation email goes to your inbox.
If you still cannot find the confirmation email, you can email me at moderator@topthistv.com and I will check your status.
