I have received some emails from people asking if it is okay to use SAG actors in their commercials. Here is the Top This team's response:
The official rules do not prohibit the use of SAG actors; however, SAG members may be subject to restrictions with respect to participating in non-SAG productions. If you are not a SAG signatory, we encourage you to consider any restrictions imposed by SAG on its members before casting a SAG actor.

If you are not 18 years or older but want to make a commercial, you may find a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age to submit on your behalf. But keep in mind, if your video wins, the person who submitted on your behalf will technically be the winner, so make sure you trust them to give you the loot or to at least share it with you!
